Steve had to replace my subfloor in my laundry room due to flooding. Lewis Build gave a reasonable estimate and timeline to complete the work. And when additional issues were found (as sometimes happens) the extra work was handled within a reasonable budget and timeline. I would recommend Lewis Build and Remodel.

He went above and beyond to refinish the rotted portions of the old posts to maintain the original aesthetics and constructed new stairs/railings to match.
