For projects deemed more complicated or with many unknown variables, we will provide an hourly rate to ensure flexibility and accuracy in addressing the complexities involved.

Similarly, if an issue arises during the project, we will inform you of the problem and any extra materials or labor needed to address it. Work will continue only after you approve the necessary adjustments and associated costs. This process ensures transparency and that you are fully aware of any changes or additional expenses before they are carried out.

We believe that a clean environment is a safe environment. To ensure this, we keep our work areas organized, with no tools left out and all debris and dust cleaned up at the end of each day. Additionally, having a secure area for storing tools and materials helps us work more efficiently, as it allows us to complete the project faster and with less disruption.
